Refund Policy

ConceptSaathi is currently free to start during the pilot. New accounts receive welcome points to test the product before paid usage is introduced.

If a generation fails because of a platform or AI-provider error, the app is designed to refund the charged usage points automatically after the job is marked failed.

If generated content needs improvement, use the available feedback, regenerate, or edit workflows where available. Content-quality review is handled through product feedback during the pilot.
